This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to take evidence of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the petitioner is currently aged 83 years and due to her old age she finding it difficult to travel and she has been suffering from hypertension and cardiovascular disease. She is also produced the Medical Certificate to the effect.

3. Considering the averments made in the application and also the age of the applicant and the Medical Certificate produced before this Court, this application is ordered as prayed for.

4. Mr.N.Navaneethakrishnan, Advocate is appointed as an Advocate Commissioner to examine the petitioner in the above original petition. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) payable by the petitioner by 26.06.2023. The learned Advocate Commissioner is requested to record the evidence of the petitioner by 30.06.2023 and file his report by 07.07.2023.

5. Post the matter on 10.07.2023.
