By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2021 and the reminder dated 19.01.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that his sister has dealt with the property belonging to the petitioner and executed document in favour of the other brother's of the petitioner. According to him, the sisters have no right to deal with the property of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner had made representation to cancel the documents, however, no orders have been passed, hence seeks a direction of this Court.

3. At the outset, this Court is of the view that the coowners of the property had executed certain documents believing that the property belonged to them, such transactions cannot be annulled by the registration authorities by invoking the provision under Section 77A or any other 2/4

provisions. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate Civil Court for annulling the documents.
