PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that money transaction dispute has been projected as though it is a job racketing. On the guise of enquiry, he has been harassed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner, on the promise of getting a Government job, had received a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- from one Santhosh, who had lodged a complaint on 24.07.2021. Further, he submits that the petitioner has received money from the several persons promising to get government jobs and the petitioner is needed for enquiry. 4.The counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the respondent police.
5.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 22.09.2021 along with necessary materials and thereafter, the respondent police is directed to enquire and proceed in accordance with law. 6.With the above directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
