This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to set aside the order passed in E.P.No. 76 of 2022 in I.D.No. 372 of 1998 dated 07-06-2023 on the file of the Presiding Officer, Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The order of the Labour Court ordering reinstatement has been given effect to. However, the workman has passed away in the meanwhile. With reference to the back wages, the management has obtained an order of interim stay in W.P.No.28314 of 2022 and W.M.P.No.27620 of 2022. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
