ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.MALA, J.) The present Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the respondents, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
