2. The petitioners have filed this contempt petition making allegations against the private respondents and stated that they should be punished for wilfully disobeying the order of this Court in M.P. No.2 of 2013 in W.P. No.28504 of 2013. There is no representation for the petitioners. Even though the matter is pending from the year 2014 it appears that no notice was issued to the respondents. It is to be noted that the petitioner's counsel has taken time on a few occasions to get instructions. It is seen that the petitioners or their counsel is not interested in pursuing this contempt petition.

3. This Court is unable to issue notice to the respondents on the basis of mere statements and averments without there being any proof to support. 2/3
