Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall stay at Salem and report the Fairlands Police Station every day at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15854 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020 that the petitioners shall stay at Salem and report the Fairlands Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15854 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020 that the petitioners shall stay at Salem and report the Fairlands Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
