ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15813 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020 in Crime No.14 of 2020 on the file of respondent police.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15813 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020 and one of the condition imposed by this court was directing the petitioner to deposit original title deeds of immovable property either belong to him or to his relatives worth of Rs.10,00,000/- along with solvency certificate to the credit of Crime No.14 of 2020 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore. The learned counsel would further submit that though the petitioner has prepared to furnish four title deeds belonging to the petitioner's mother-in-law and brother-inlaw, the guideline of the property is very less, thereby, the learned Judicial Magistrate is refusing to accept the same. would submit that since the petitioner is unable to get the solvency certificate, he is unable to surrender the document. Hence, he would pray for extension of time.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to produce the original title deeds of immovable property and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
