This petition has been filed to exempt the second and third petitioners from surrendering before the trial Court pending disposal of this revision.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second and third petitioners have been arrested by the second respondent and hence, this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
