This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.426 of 2019, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) submitted that in Cr.No.426 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC and section 3 of TNPPDL Act, on completion of investigation, the respondent police has filed a final report before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai for the offence under sections 294(b), 506(i) and sec.427 of IPC and the final report filed is yet to be taken on file. The copy of the final report is also produced before this court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report filed before the learned X Metropolitan
