JUDGMENT

It is noticed even on the earlier occasion a false representation was made that the sole respondent has died. Therefore, steps have be taken for bringing the legal representatives on record. However, it is noticed that already six respondents were impleaded as R2 to R7 and the learned counsel for the respondents has also entered appearance. It appears that the appellants are not willing to get on with the case and therefore repeated adjournments have been taken.

2. Considering the same, since the appellants are not willing to conduct the case, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution for statistical purpose with liberty to restore the appeal for sufficient reason as the court proceedings are being conducted through Video Conferencing due to Covid-19. No costs.
