.. Respondents Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondent for willful and deliberate disobeying the order dated 08.01.2013, passed in W.P.No.21326 of 2003.

ORDER

Heard Mrs.Narmatha Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General, for Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that as against the order dated 08.01.2013 passed in W.P.No.21326 of 2003, the respondents have preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.SR59961 of 2014 and the Court has ordered the condoned delay application seeking to condone the delay in filing subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/-. However, it appears that the person dealt with the file is the writ petitioner himself and the order was not communicated. Further, learned Additional Advocate General submits that belatedly the payment has been made and an affidavit has been filed seeking permission to condone the delay.

3. Considering the fact that the Division Bench is seized of the matter, the contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to revive his request if need arises. No Costs.
