The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time granted in this Criminal Original Petition for disposal of C.C.No.38 of 2022 on the file of Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. The Trial Judge had sought for extension of time. Considering the reasons adduced for the delay in disposal of the case, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by two months and accordingly, it is extended by two months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
