O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP.Nos.5406 & 5409 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34964 of 2019 dated 11.09.2020, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.Nos.5406 & 5409 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34964 of 2019 dated 11.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m for two months and thereafter as and when required.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
