This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1249 of 2020 pending on the file of the S.H.O. Cuddalore, N.T.P.S. Cuddalore.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that in FIR in Crime No.1249 of 2020, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has been filed in SR No.16549 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Cuddalore.
