Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to fix the petitioner's pay properly in the post of S.I of Police; consequently for an upward revision of pay in the post of Inspector, thereafter to promote the petitioner (deemed promotion) as the Deputy Superintendent of Police etc., over and above his known junior like Mr.Arumugaswamy, by suitably creating a super numery post as Dy Superintendent of Police etc., and help him to tie over his difficulties and problems and for getting revised pension with arrears and for other terminal benefits etc.
