Writ Petition(Crl.) filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass order on the enquiry conducted on14.03.2026 based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2026 and also by vide C.No.30/DCB/SP-Gri/KGI/2026 dated 06.03.2026 and further to investigate and to recover and redeem Rs.1,19,00,000/- (Rupees One Crores Nineteen Lakhs only) from the 3 to 5 respondents to the petitioner and dispose the same within the time frame that may be fixed by this

Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to pass order on the enquiry conducted on14.03.2026 based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2026 and also by vide C.No.30/DCB/SP-Gri/KGI/2026 dated 06.03.2026 and further to investigate and to recover and redeem Rs.1,19,00,000/- (Rupees One Crores Nineteen Lakhs only) from the 3 to 5 respondents to the petitioner and dispose the same within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

Considering the request of the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2026, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, and to pass appropriate orders on the said representation within a

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
