It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and a compromise was also entered into between them and they have filed Joint Memo of Compromise, signed by them and their counsel. Both the parties are present along with their counsel before this Court.
