O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) This is the third time, the petitioner has approached this Court on the same issue - alleged blockade of cart track by the private respondents. It appears that the respondents are not taking any action to verify the position, whereafter the action is required to be taken.

2. We make the District Collector/1st respondent personally responsible in this case for verifying the position at site and taking a considered decision, after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of one month of the receipt of this order.

3. We make it clear that any further delay or violation will be on the pain of contempt.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
