ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.498 of 2014 and file a final report within the stipulated period of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.498 of 2014 on 23.12.2014. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
