ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.08.2021, wherein the petitioner has sought for the permission to use the cart tracks and foot path in order to transport the agricultural products from the agricultural lands belonging to the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.08.2021 on its own merits and in accordance with law and take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the fourth respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
