ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 11 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2025 & 21.04.2025 and also seeking direction to the respondents 9 and 10 not to take any coercive action against the petitioner and her family members.
2. On perusal of the representation dated 20.01.2025 seeking necessary rescue operation to prevent suicide attempt of respondent No.13 herein and give mandatory rehabilitation treatment to her, further the petitioner also sought for appropriate protection from the respondent No.13 herein to the petitioner and the family members. Such omnibus prayer cannot be considered by the
respondents since the petitioner added all the departments in this writ petition to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 12 and 13 with respect of their matrimonial dispute. Therefore, the petitioner ought to have approached the concerned court for appropriate relief.
3. In view of the above, the representations dated 20.01.2025 and 21.04.2025 cannot be considered. The writ petition itself is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.
