ORDER
M.S.RAMESH, J.
AND V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.
On the suspicion that the petitioner's minor daughter, aged about 17 years, may have been abducted by a 3rd person, she had given a complaint to the respondent police, which came to be registered in Crime No.148 of 2025 under the caption "girl missing". Since there was no sufficient progress in the investigation to trace the missing daughter, this Habeas Corpus Petition came to be filed.
2.Today, the respondent police herein had secured the petitioner's minor daughter and produced her before us. When we interacted with her, she expressed that she intends to reconcile with her mother and live under her care and protection. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no further orders are required.
3.This Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly. No costs. [M.S.R, J.] [V.L.N, J.] 26.06.2025 kas Index : Yes / No Speaking / Non Speaking To 1.The Inspector of Police Ariyalur Police Station Ariyalur District (Crime No.148/2025) 2.The Public Prosecutor High Court of Madras Chennai 600 104
