The writ petition challenges the termination of contract given to the petitioner and invitation of tender by tender notification.

From the records it is seen that the termination order was passed on 17.10.2014 subsequent to that new tender was invited by the respondents. The tender is of the nature of Housekeeping, Security service, Gardening service, and Typist service.

It is obvious that the tender would be for a fixed period of 1 or 2 years. The writ petition was filed in the year 2014 and after a lapse of 8 years, I do not know if any thing survives in this writ petition. I do not want to go into the question as to whether provision of arbitration is there or not as the contract was not made available to this Court.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to find out the subsequent events after the tender is floated. Since this Court is of the considered view that the matter would have become infructuous. This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
