O R D E R This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for having willfully disobeyed the order passed in W.P. No.11885 of 2013 dated 23.04.2013. 2.This Court has directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2003 regarding survey, measurement of lands and to lay boundary stones. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the concerned Tahsildar has informed him about the survey and fixing of boundary as required by the petitioner in the presence of petitioner and that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner however states that the learned Additional Government Pleader has not produced before this Court the acknowledgment letter of the petitioner accepting the correctness of survey and fixation of boundary.

4. On the basis of submission of learned Additional Government Pleader, reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. Since survey and fixation 2/3

of boundary involves the rights of adjacent owners, this Court cannot issue further direction to complete survey to the satisfaction of the petitioner.
