Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is allowed.

2. The petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service by paper publication on 9th respondent on or before 08.07.2026 for the hearing on 22.07.2026. The paper publication shall be effected in a Tamil daily "Makkal Kural" having circulation in Karur District.

3. List the matter on 22.07.2026.
