Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and admit the petitioner to the Under Graduate Degree course for the academic year 2020-2021 under the Puducherry State Quota.

Prayer in W.P.No.16026 of 2020:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the order of the 1st Respondent dated 15.10.2020 forwarding the order of the 2nd respondent dated 08.10.2020 and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law and for a consequential direction to the respondents to issue nativity certificate to the petitioner on the basis of the evidentiary records submitted by the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
