By order dated 20.11.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose O.S.No.66 of 2008 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, the learned Subordinate Judge, Udhagamandalam has requested this Court to grant further period of four months to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.
