calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 13.2.2013, vide in Na.Ka.No. Aa4/35540/2012 and quash the same being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Rules and in violation of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Grade II Police Constable forthwith based on the selection of 3rd respondent.

ORDER

On the last occasion, i.e., on 18.06.2024, since the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 12.06.2024 stating that he had given change of vakalat as early as on 14.07.2022, and as the petitioner had not taken any steps to engage another counsel or appear in person before this Court, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and post the matter on 21.06.2024. Though the name of the petitioner has been printed in the cause list
