Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the sixth respondent in L.No.AEE/P.Kulam/File./ A.No.116 dated 09.12.2016 and quash the same and directing the respondents to issue all necessary licence, NOC, etc., to enable the petitioner to avail uninterrupted electricity supply to the traffic signals subject matter of Work Order R.C.No.10171/2012/M.H.5 Package I Item 4 dated 12.10.2015 of the third respondent and the Letter R.C.No.5151/2016/ Kai.1 dated 11.11.2016 of the second respondent.
