passed by the Head Master,Government High Secondary School, Vaduganthampatti, Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore in proceedings dated 23.03.2018, which states that the writ petitioner Mr.Sivapandian was relieved from service on the date of his retirement on 31.08.2017.

2. The very relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent is to issue the relieving order to the writ petitioner with effect from 31.08.2017. The order passed by the HeadMaster states that the writ petitioner was allowed to retire from service with the effect from 31.08.2017.

3. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition and the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
