PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition No.(c )that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders,' imposed in the order dated 10.09.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.13947 of 2020 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13947 of 2020 by an order dated 10.09.2020 , that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13947 of 2020 by an order dated 10.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
