JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) When the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the third appellant undertakes to abide by the direction issued by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order with regard to the eligibility of the original writ petitioner/respondent herein and the compensation payable to her. He would also submit that such an order would be passed by the third appellant, in due compliance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, as expeditiously as possible.
2. Recording the said submission of learned State Government Pleader, the writ appeal stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.12540 of 2024 is closed. (R.M.D., ACJ.) (M.S.Q., J.) 25.06.2024 Index :
