Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Notification No.5/2019 of the first respondent dated 22.01.2019 and consequent publication of the result of the petitioners dated Nil.
