Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court G.O. Ms. No.329 dated 30.09.2023 issued by the Health and Family Welfare (E1) Department in compliance with the directions given by this Court, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner has also received a copy of the same and he would submit that the Contempt Petition can be closed after recording the said fact.

3.Accordingly, this Court, after recording G.O. Ms. No.329 dated 30.09.2023 issued by the Health and Family Welfare (E1) Department/respondents pursuant to the directions given by this Court, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition, is closing this Contempt Petition.
