According to the Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petition, the respondent has imposed a punishment, debarring the petitioner from participating in the examination conducted by teachers recruitment board. The said order has been passed by the respondent Department without serving notice to the petitioner. Therefore, at the time of submitting the application to the Tamil Nadu Service Commission on 21.10.2022, the petitioner was not aware of the said impugned order namely the ban order passed by the respondent Board. Therefore, he has not mentioned in the application about the ban order passed by the respondent Board. Therefore, the petitioner is challenging the said ban order passed by the respondent Board in the instant writ petition and seeking a direction to allow the petitioner to participate in the examination to be held on 24.07.2022.

(mrn) the petitioner's application submitted to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. Therefore, he has suppressed the impugned order before the first respondent. The respondent has imposed a ban as per Clause 2 of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, officer order No. 122 dated 12.11.2020. Therefore, the petitioner cannot be permitted to participate for the examination to be held on 24.07.2022.

3. The learned Standing Counsel further brought to the notice of this Court that the said ban had been published in the official website of the TRB.
