ORDER

On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 09.08.2018, there was no representation for the Petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 13.08.2018 under the caption for dismissal. On 13.08.2018 also, since there was no D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.

Srcm representation for the Petitioner, again the matter was ordered to be posted on 11.09.2018, under the caption for dismissal.

2. Even today, i.e. 11.09.2018, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner and hence, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and accordingly, this OP is dismissed, for non-prosecution. No costs.
