With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.This writ petition is filed to quash the charge memo issued against the petitioner based on the report filed under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.11.2015 asking the respondents to furnish necessary documents to face the departmental proceedings, for which the second respondent sent a reply stating that the necessary documents were already enclosed along with the report furnished under Section 81 of the Act.

3.Mr.L.Shanmugha Sundaram, Special Government Pleader (Cooperatives) would submit that the respondents undertake to furnish all the documents which they are going to rely on against the petitioner, during the course of disciplinary proceedings.

4.Recording the submission so made by the learned Special Government Pleader (Cooperatives), the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to furnish all the documents which they are going to rely on against the petitioner in the disciplinary proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
