This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the above second appeal against the judgment and decree dated 16.04.2014 passed in AS.No.72 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Villupuram confirming the judgment and decree dated 14.07.2011 passed in OS.No.66 of 2007 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Villupuram.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to number the second appeal if it is otherwise in order.
