This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the criminal appeal as against the judgement dated 30.09.2024 passed in Spl.S.C.No.11 of 2023 by the learned Sessions Judge (Under the POCSO Act, 2012) Karaikal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 152 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
