For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 01.08.2013 passed in W.P.No.18697 of 2013, the Contempt Petition is filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by its order dated 01.08.2013 issued a direction to the respondent bank to consider the loan application of the petitioner in accordance with the revised guidelines issued by the Indian Bank Association.
