This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.330 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet is filed in C.C.No.330 of 2009 and the petitioner has already been acquitted on 13.07.2017. Hence, the prayer as such sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
