Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the compensation for the petitioner's land in survey No.33, sub division-10, Kandamangalam Village, Villupuram District acquired for National Highways based on the petitioner's online petition dated 24.08.2020 within a time frame.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the compensation for the petitioner's land in survey No.33, sub division-10, Kandamangalam Village, Villupuram District acquired for National Highways based on the petitioner's online petition dated 24.08.2020.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2020 and to pay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compensation for the land comprised in survey No.33, sub division-10, Kandamangalam Village, Villupuram District, which was acquired already for National Highways within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disbursed.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
