ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to investigate the matter in Cr.No.302 of 2013 dated 05.06.2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to file a final report in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.302 of 2013 on 05.06.2013. Hence, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
