O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 02.05.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has purchased the property through Sale deed dated 29.11.2006 in Document No.10511/2006 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Tambaram.

3. Now, it is the allegation of the petitioner that the fourth respondent, is trying to form a layout and seeking approval from the respondents 1 to 3 by including the property of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied that if his representation submitted on 02.05.2025 is considered by the authorities.

5. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.05.2025, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and also to the 4th respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. In fine, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
