This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. Heard Mr.E.Kannadasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the Superintendent of Police. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a copy of the complaint dated 11.03.2015 to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari's case.
