O R D E R

The petitioner functioned as Assistant Treasury Officer and on attaining the age of superannuation, retired on 31.03.2014. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has not been paid Gratuity in spite of his retirement as early as on 31.03.2014.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 17.11.2014 requesting the respondents to pay him Gratuity. Since the said representation was not taken up for consideration, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.11.2014, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
