When it is pointed out that the Petitioner has got an effective alternative remedy under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, to seek the relief before the Tribunal constituted under that enactment for the claim made in the Writ Petition, apart from instituting suit before the jurisdictional Civil Court for such purpose, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the same and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
