This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8264 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in Spl.C.C.No.122 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Chennai, and the next hearing date is on 27.06.2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8264 of dated 17.04.2023, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Chennai, on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
