This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.31048/E5/3/2019-2, dated 08.05.2019 and the consequential proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Ref:No.849/E/2019 dated 28.05.2019, deputing the petitioner to work at the 4th respondent/Hospital, but without assigning any work details or responsibilities and without any whisper about the Deputation post.

2.When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court and submitted that the petitioner was reverted back to the original station from where he was transferred and sought to close the writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3.In view of the above submission and the endorsement made, nothing survives further for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
